Vollzeit / Teilzeit · Remote

TL;DR

  • EVERYMAN is building a digital-first clinical practice in Switzerland. Two brands, Everyman and Everywoman, one platform, one quality bar.

  • We are looking for a Lead Brand Designer who owns how both brands look and feel: visual identity, landing pages, campaigns, emails, packaging. The bar is work that is beautiful and converts.

  • Your first mandate is a brand evolution: our identity is three years old, we know where it falls short, and Everywoman is new. You evolve it, extend it, and execute it across every touchpoint.

  • You'll work alongside our product designer, who owns UX flows and implementation.

  • Part- or full-time (3-5 days per week), competitive comp + equity. Team of experienced builders (ex-Google, McKinsey, Stripe).

We are EVERYMAN Health

Everyman Health is a fast-growing company building a digital-first clinical practice in Switzerland to support men's and women's health with science-backed end-to-end treatments. We help our patients take back control of their health. We are a small team of experienced builders. We value deep, focused work. We use LLMs extensively without relinquishing human reasoning. We value kindness. We move fast.

The role

Your mission is to make Everyman and Everywoman look and feel exceptional everywhere people encounter us. One day you might redesign a landing page, the next art direct a campaign or photo shoot, then refine packaging and lead the production of a physical booklet. This is first and foremost a brand role: the visual identity, the system behind it, and the marketing that carries it.

Your first big mandate is a brand evolution. Our original brand has carried us for three years and we know where it falls short; Everywoman just joined the family. This is not a rebrand from scratch: you evolve what works, make it future-proof, and build it into a two-brand system where Everyman and Everywoman feel like siblings, not twins. Then you make it real across every surface, which is where most brand refreshes fail.

We are looking for a taste-maker and hands-on maker: excellent judgment, high standards, and the ability to create beautiful work that converts, quickly. Not primarily a manager, and not someone who loves brand strategy more than shipping. Our design today is good for a startup. Your job is to close the gap to what we call an “A-brand”.

What you'll do

  • Lead the brand evolution: Shape how both brands show up across digital and physical touchpoints: typography, colour, imagery, layout, motion. A visual language that feels premium (not exclusive), trustworthy, distinctive, and a bit fun; not cold, clinical, or generic.

  • Ship marketing that converts: High-performing landing pages, ads, emails, packaging, and campaign assets. From rough brief to polished execution with minimum hand-holding.

  • Bring the brand into the product: Partner with our product designer so the medical funnels, checkout, and patient spaces carry the same visual quality; you set the direction, they own the flows.

  • Build scalable multi-brand systems: One design system in Figma (tokens, components, patterns) supporting two brand expressions, plus guidelines and templates that let a small team produce excellent work at speed.

  • Art direct across channels: Work with photographers, illustrators, motion designers, and production partners when useful, with a clear point of view on what meets the bar.

  • Raise the bar with insight: Use commercial performance and user behaviour to improve what you ship; a landing page that is beautiful but does not convert is not done. Be the person who notices when something feels off and pushes work from fine to excellent.

Who you are

  • Experienced: 6+ years in brand design, visual design, or art direction. A portfolio of brands you have elevated. Expert-level Figma. Works well remote and async. Fluent English; German is a plus.

  • Exceptional taste: Strong instincts for typography, composition, colour, imagery, and hierarchy. You can explain why something works, but your edge is that you just see it.

  • A professional, not just an artist: Design is not decoration. It creates trust, reduces friction, and makes people want to act. You care about conversion and comprehension as much as beauty.

  • Hands-on with high agency: You produce finished work yourself, turn messy briefs into excellent output, and never wait to be told what to improve next. Real artists ship.

  • Brand builder: You shape a coherent world across a website, a poster, an email, an unboxing moment, and a medical intake flow. You have built design systems used by other designers and engineers.

  • High standards, low ego: You defend quality with reasoning, separate your identity from your ideas, and want the best work to win.

  • LLM-native: You use modern tools, including LLMs, to move faster without lowering the bar. You do not outsource taste or reasoning.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing multiple brands or sub-brands on a shared design system

  • Experience designing digital product UI (flows, apps) alongside brand work

  • Experience with metric-driven design (A/B testing, conversion optimisation)

  • Experience in health, wellness, or other trust-sensitive categories

  • Ability to travel to Zurich (occasional in-person work)

What we offer

  • Flexible part-to-full-time engagement (3-5 days/week), competitive comp + equity

  • Full ownership of how two fast-growing health brands look and feel, at the stage where your decisions become the foundation

  • Patient impact: help thousands of people take back control of their health

  • A mission-driven, tight-knit team of founders & operators

How to apply 🚀

Send us your portfolio, website, or collection of work that shows your taste and range. This should be work you personally did, can explain the reasoning behind, and are proud of.
