We are looking for a Chief of Staff who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty as a true business all-rounder with a passion for patient impact
You have a strong product mindset, like to obsess over user journeys, conversion flows, and retention
You will join a team of experienced technology company builders (ex-Google, ex-McKinsey, ex-Stripe) and help us scale our strong traction across genders (!) and country boarders

We help our customers fearlessly take that first step to reclaim their health.
We are the leading digital health platform for men in Switzerland. We just launched our female offering (EVERYWOMAN) and are set on international expansion while adding additional verticals in Switzerland.
We’re a fun team of experienced product builders & founders in healthtech and e-commerce out of Google, McKinsey, Stripe, Tidal, Oviva, and Numan.
Your role
For context: After just one year our current Chief of Staff is now leading Operations, the largest business unit in terms of FTEs. You are following in her footsteps.
As our Chief of Staff, you will act as the right-hand partner to the founding and executive team, serving as a strategic advisor, executor, and cross-functional champion.
As a true business allrounder you don’t shy back from jumping in where we need you most - whether this means redesigning a patient onboarding journey, analysing retention data sets, setting up an email marketing campaign, or negotiating margins with suppliers. You like to take full ownership of your projects and execute them from idea to finish. You thrive in ambiguity and get energy from making things happen, no matter how difficult they seem.
But most importantly: You have a patient-first mindset. You naturally think about the person on the other side of the screen - what they're feeling, what's confusing them, what would make their experience genuinely better. That instinct makes you effective across product, ops, and growth, whether you're pressure-testing a churn flow, defining the logic for a treatment pathway, or shaping the copy of a patient-facing feature.

What you bring
3+ years of working experience in a top tier consulting firm
German native speaker, fluent in English
You have made initial experience in or are passionate for startups or healthcare
You're hungry to rise faster than any conventional career path allows and you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever’s required
You have a sharp product eye and care about the details that most people overlook, and always ask what the experience feels like from the patient's perspective
You have outstanding analytical skills, write inspiring documents, and are not afraid of getting in front of a crowd
You’ve done something in your career that clearly stands out
